The Roles:

Senior Organisational Development Advisor:  A pivotal role in creating our Leadership, Engineering, and specialist disciplines learning programs.  You will be a skilled practitioner in training and understand what makes a successful person in each of our roles and translating this into face-to-face and on-line learning and development programs.  You will enjoy identifying people’s development needs and coaching and developing them to achieve the high performance.  You will enjoy working as a part of an energetic Human Resources team that identify opportunities to grow and develop our team members as our organisation grows and develops.

Human Resources Advisor: As an Advisor you have already experienced what “great” looks like when it comes to Human Resources business partnering.  You are practiced in working with leaders and team members to understand their roles and projects and support them to achieve success through superior Human Resources strategy.  You know your IR/ER legislation and can comfortably advise, but mostly you know that great Human Resources starts with being proactive, hiring the right people, having the right systems and development programs in place to grow teams and the importance of offering opportunities to challenge and succeed.  You are a true generalist who likes all aspects of the Human Resources cycle from recruitment till retirement, and working across all the Human Resources speciality areas.  You are not scared of hard work and the prospects it provides for your success.

Human Resources Graduate / Officer:  Straight out of University or with some work experience behind you, you are ready to take on a diverse and challenging role and grow your career with an exciting Company.  You will be willing to challenge yourself in all aspects of Human Resources from Recruitment and Onboarding, to Performance Management and Learning and Development, to HR Administration, HRMIS’s and Industrial/Employee Relations.  You will be ready for any new HR challenge, being adaptable and driven to learn in a great generalist role which will allow for your skills to expand and your career to flourish.

All roles will be based in Milton, reporting to the Human Resources Manager and for the right dynamic team member we are willing to consider full-time and/or part-time work opportunities.
