The Role

  • Responsible for measurement
  • Assist with pricing and preparation of tender bids
  • Prepare projects for handover to the project team
  • Assist with collating, reviewing, and evaluating sub-contract estimates
  • Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities for the required works
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients

About You

To be the successful candidate, you will be someone who has a strong alignment to our values. You will fit into our culture by being collaborative in nature, straight-up in communication, future focussed, and responsive.

You will have:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Experience working in Civil Construction Industry
  • Experience working on tenders greater than $100M would be advantageous
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, and high attention to detail
  • Superior Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organise and ensure all deadlines are achieved
